Shipping Policy
What we charge, how orders ship, and what to do if something goes wrong with a delivery.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the Philippines, and you can also pick up your order. Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on where you are. The rate for your province is shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).
How an order ships
- After payment. We prepare your order once your payment is confirmed through our secure checkout.
- Handed to the courier. We ship through partner couriers and send you tracking details once your order is on its way.
- Delivery time. How long it takes depends on your location and the courier's schedule. We share an estimate with your tracking details.
Pick up
Pick up costs nothing. After you order, we message you to confirm the pick up location and a time that works for both of us. Please bring your order number and a valid ID.
Delivery address
Please double-check your name, address and mobile number at checkout. Couriers rely on them. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody could receive the parcel, contact us and we will help you arrange another delivery.
When your order arrives
Check the package and the product when you receive them. If something is damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the package and the product help us sort it out faster. See our Refund and Return Policy for what happens next.
