About these terms
These terms apply to your use of treadforthglobal.com and to anything you buy from TreadForth Global Ventures Inc., a Philippine corporation ("TreadForth", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP) and don't include shipping, which is shown at checkout.
- Founders Edition pricing is an introductory price and moves to standard pricing once it ends. The price at the time you pay is the price you get.
- We may change prices or product details at any time. Changes don't affect orders that are already paid.
- If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Product images
Product images on this site are for illustration. Actual colour, texture and finish can differ slightly because of screen calibration, display settings and photography lighting. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, image or other content on the site is complete or free of errors, and we may update images at any time without notice. Small differences between an image and the product you receive aren't a basis for a claim, provided the product materially matches its written description.
Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed when your payment is confirmed through our checkout.
- Payments are handled by HitPay. We accept GCash, Maya and credit or debit cards. We don't accept cash on delivery.
- We never see or store your full card details.
- We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or we cannot complete the delivery.
Shipping, returns and warranty
These are covered in full in our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy (including the 1-year limited warranty). They form part of these terms.
Using the products
Use TreadForth products as described in the user manual that comes with your order. We aren't responsible for damage or loss that results from using a product in a way the manual doesn't describe.
Our content
The TreadForth name, logo, product designs, text and images on this site belong to TreadForth Global Ventures Inc. or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, TreadForth isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
